Topic	Who do you hold responsible (streamer's livestream plays bomb threat in public)?

Should have told people not to panic and apologized. Especially since the dude is arabic looking, like being a white person and saying anything racist, even in jest, can have horrible consequences. Certain ethnicities have to walk on eggshells with certain situations, this was one of them.
