I don't want to live anymore when I start losing cognitive, physical, and sexual ability.

Right now you don't.

When you're old you'll be complacent with it.

I know I will be, and complacency is what I don't want.

Then fucking take care of yourself ffs.

My dad is 61 and in far better shape, far stronger, and far more capable than most 25 year olds I know.

If dying at 50 or 60 sounds better to you than living an active lifestyle and eating halfway decently then you're fucked up tbh. And my dad is a borderline alcoholic who smokes. Get it together buds.

I do take care of myself, and will continue to. If I ever reach a point where my mind is starting to fail me, I can't even workout the same as I could, I'm starting to get various medical issues, and I can't even use my dick anymore on top of all that, can't say I really have the desire to live much past that.

I don't know if 50/60 exactly will be that age for me but eventually, assuming I don't drop dead or otherwise die from something unrelated before then, whatever that age ends up being where I've dropped off that much, I don't really care to continue living.

And if he's in better shape than most 25 year olds you know, you should really meet some new 25 year olds.
