If you're taking halfway decent care of yourself you're gonna be more than fine at 50. Or 60. Joe Rogan is 50....you think he's not more fit than 98% of CE man?

I've seen some healthy ass people get dragged down by medical issues hitting around 60.

I don't really agree with 50/60 exactly but I'd probably agree if it was bumped a bit to later 60's - 70's. Even if I'm physically doing okay I don't want the cognitive drop off to be there and vice versa. Most of the time when there's some old person like that and people say things like "oh [they're] still sharp as a tack" or some shit, they're usually not even close generally speaking and by not old person standards.
