17 is legal in the majority of states. Heck, 16 is legal in the majority of states. The idea that 18 is the legal age of consent everywhere is a common misconception.

I don't actively pursue 16-17 year olds, but you're in denial if you have never seen a 16-17 year old with big titties and never gotten a boner. Every heterosexual guy has. It's human nature. You see an attractive girl with big breasts, and you can't help but be attracted. Acting on the attraction is a different thing, but just being attracted can't be helped. Any heterosexual guy who says he has never popped a boner at an attractive 16-17 year old girl is lying. Plain and simple.
