| Solioxrz362 06/08/18 4:07:21 PM #369: | Was below 149 this morning, have been noticing that I'm far more sculpted in the core than I was when I started watching what I eat and exercising, and even though I've only lost about 6 pounds from my highest known weight (155), I feel like I've lost a lot of fatty weight and gained a little bit of muscle weight, because I had basically no muscle before and now I have some.
