19 y/o Manuel Antonio Cano-Pacheco came to the U S when he was 3 and with no visa who was raised in Des Moines, Iowa and was about to graduate high school last month when he was suddenly STRIPPED of his DACA status and his protection was taken away by ICE because of 2 misdemeanors!!

Instead of walking with his graduating class, he was escorted to Mexico and just 3 weeks later he was found MURDERED with his throat slit!!

He had a one year old son as well and was brought to the US by his parents but he qualified for DACA that protected him from deportation

He was caught driving under the influence of MARIJUANA and convicted of the drug charge, thus stripped him of his status

But rather than face formal deportation, which bans return to the US for a number of years, he was granted Voluntary Departure and was taken to Mexico from Laredo, tExas on April 24th.

3 weeks later however, he was brutally murdered in a country he never known..

He was out getting food with an acquaintance of his cousin in Zacatecas, a region riddled with drug cartel and drug violence when both were killed..the killers apparently knew the acquaintance

His death was a "symbol of gang supremacy in a country plagued by violent drug cartels"

According to ICE public affairs officer, Shawn Neudauer, officers said he was arrested in April 2017 following a drug charge and he was to appear before a federal immigration judge where they found him criminal of his actions and terminated his DACA status and was to be sent back to Mexico immediately

A memorial was held to honour his life at Trinity Las Americas church where family and friends said he was "always smiling and upbeat"

He got into a real depression after his father was arrested 3 years ago but when he became a dad last year, he stepped into the role of a man of the family and transferred schools so he could study and worked installing floors to provide for his mother and 3 younger siblings.

Do you have a problem with DACA people staying in America?.
