You know that DUI laws for cannabis are not based in reason, but rather to ensure guilt for the accused whether guilty or not, correct? Someone can smoke three weeks ago, be pulled over tonight, get a blood test and show positive, and then be charged with a DUI. There is no way for police to prove guilt unless they film you smoking, yet based on protocols there is no way for the accused to prove innocence.
