Yes it is. People should not have to change the entire way they do everything for less than 1% of the population.

Title IX does not apply to transgender students anymore. President Obama issued guidelines that added protections for them, then last year President Trump rescinded them.

Explain the logic behind this sentence...

How can it possibly be sex discrimination when the entire basis of gender identity is that gender and sex are separate entities?
How can that possibly hold up to any form of scrutiny from a logical rational individual?
