If a baker is allowed to refuse service to a gay couple due to religious conflict then this guy is safe

Yeah buddy that wasn't the ruling. He couldn't be forced to bake a cake that specifically mentioned gay marriage, but he couldn't choose not to bake a cake period just because the customers were gay.


It didn't even say that much, that was just his own policy on the matter.


That's true. It was a very narrow ruling. The SCOTUS hates making broad rulings, so we'll have to wait years for further clarification most likely.
