Unfortunately, I have been. And the response to death wishes and threats are usually just jokes from guys like you. Your frequent cohort Melon, who was a mod at the time, even joked along with that one topic that WC posted about how great it'd be if I died (which, for WC, was pretty unexpected. Other guys who more directly threatened me -- like Arctic and Evray -- had threatened others on the board.)

At any rate, it's certainly not an infrequent event around here, although this is the only board I can recall receiving threats on.
