Both of those terms imply it's something you can eat, and who the fuck would want to eat a tomato? For the same reason, a cucumber is neither a fruit nor a vegetable either. Tomatoes, when cooked, are completely tasty. Dinner food = vegetable. Case closed. Stick with your strawberries you Fruit cakes. Fuck strawberries too. Actually, fuck all berries except cranberries. And even those must be juiced for consumption. The only good fruit are bananas. Some types of apples are pretty neat. Fuck the generic shitty mainstream ones like braeburns and royal gala, but some of the more obscure ones can be nice (granny smith, ambrosia, etc). Granny smith is like the least obscure of apples.
