I do support breaking it up as I feel it's too large for proper representation; but I'd much rather the californians decide how they want it broken; be it a north-south divide or something else. Basically anything else to get the big cities from basically deciding the biggest voting bloc by a large margin. This is kind of what republicans mean when they talk about how unfair California is. If you want to go by sheer voting power somewhere like Wyoming has its votes worth much more than a Californians.
