Topic	Should magical ability be hereditary?

So.. yes The odd thing about this is, no one seems at all surprised that Luke and even Leia are strong with the Force due to Anakin, and yet, you'd think it would be more of a revelation since Jedi were chaste, and thus wouldn't know one way or another if the Force was hereditary.
