Long term thinking = success

A lot of people think of a diet as a short term fix. It's not. People who only think of the short term are just going to gain the weight back once they stop the diet and go back to their unhealthy ways. Permanent weight loss comes from making a permanent lifestyle change. There is no short term. You have to keep it up forever by completely changing your lifestyle forever.
