I am expecting about a 15 pound bump. But I have a scale that measures weight, bmi, fat, visceral fat, muscle, bone, hydration, and estimates the calories you need in a day. So I will be watching that closely while introducing carbs back in.

I am drinking more water to keep the hydration up, but it is still lower than it was pre diet, so I am expecting some from that, but I have lost both percent body fat and visceral fat, so yay.
