I have a neighbor who seems to have an obsession with loud tools - leaf blowers, snow blowers, table saws, etc. His house is right outside of my bedroom window and he uses at least one of those tools just about every single day, and usually in the morning when I am still sleeping.

This guy is old and retired and has nothing better to do with his time. He'll stand in his driveway and literally blow around nothing except a little dirt with his leaf blower.

I asked him once if he could stop doing it so early in the morning, but he refused.
