Alcohol does lower one's inhibitions so, as a result, it also lowers one's resistance to peer pressure. Seeing as she apparently only said the racist as fuck things in response to someone else saying racist as fuck things, she could conceivably be guilty of nothing more than trying to ingratiate herself to racists.
