Adding meat, green onion, and egg kinda' defeats the whole point of ramen.

I've learned something today then. If I add 5 different toppings on a pizza, it's no longer a pizza!

First, you're taking me too literally. When I say that it's not ramen, I don't mean "literally, I don't know what this is, is it technically ramen, I don't know!" I mean that it's far enough removed from standard ramen that it's essentially something else. Like ramen is supposed to be cheap. That's why it's popular. When you add relatively expensive ingredients, you take away the reason why ramen is so popular.

Second, pizza isn't ramen. That's an apples and oranges comparison. Toppings are an expected part of the pizza experience. If you buy a pizza, additional toppings are relatively cheap compared to the price of the pizza itself, and pizza isn't usually eaten specifically for being cheap, anyway.
