I can't stand places with bad service or a bad restaurant that just adds 15-20% in your bill as a mandatory tip.

Funnily enough, I've been to a place before that added the mandatory % tip (when they didn't have this before), and the waiters and waitresses suddenly became extremely aggressive in trying to get you to buy expensive items and orders alcoholic drinks to bump up their own tip, and would give you the stink eye and ignore you if you didn't order much or expensively. I guess I wasn't the only one who noticed this because a while later they changed it back to letting the customer determine the tip.
