Topic	Most convoluted game story lines?

It's like they must have decided that at X point you're going to meet X character and gather X collectables and have a boss fight and then from there they just fill in the blanks for what those things actually are and why they're there. I just played through Jak and Daxter recently and it was pretty much the same.
