Their version Pull-Ups/Deadlifts - Pyramid (10-1, 9-2, etc. and back up) 3 sets/50 reps (only do this with super light weight. I normally do 20-25 reps tops for endurance) Rows Lat Pulldowns Straight Arm Pulldowns (I did squats instead to work some legs) 1 set/50 reps Bicep Curls 1 lap of a row exercise with a sled track (I think they were pulling 100-150 lbs in the video) --- "Evening caress, Always yearning, I must confess, The stars aren't burning" Copernicus - Candlemass ...
