Splitting families didn't happen under Obama as the 100% set policy, it was generally that unaccompanied minors would be taken in long enough to determine their nation of origin and send them back. Not to say Obama doesn't also deserve the death penalty for war crimes, and believe me he's guilty of plenty of those.
