The character is super sexualized in the comics, even in comparison to other female heroes

People are going to complain about female casting,
It's a female character, not sure that they could cast a man for it.
I meant the whole recasting male leads as female leads like oceans 8 and ghostbusters.
They're not really changing anything, this is a separate hero from a separate franchise. And the Ghostbusters remake probably would have sucked even with a male cast although it was obviously worse given who they went with.
I know that but most people dont and wont look into it which could hurt sales. ---
