Going to cook up green onion cakes, gyoza, rice, and a hot and sweet chili garlic vegetable dish

That actually sounds pretty dope. From an online recipe you can share, or old dish you just know how to make?

Green onion cakes and gyoza were from the farmers market but I suggest the Martin Yan recipe for the cakes. It's similar

The vegetable dish was just vegetables (and some soy strips) cooked to perfection then tossed in a sauce with brown sugar, rice vinegar, sambal oelek, miso paste, and sesame oil. It's light but slightly sweet and tart while being hot and so good
