Zero liability. Slightly less secure. Still miles better. Add in the fact you can only use $200 and it's a much more secure way to protect your money. They get your chip and say goodbye to all your money.


...credit card chip has the same liability (because it's *still* a credit card), so how is it "say goodbye to all your money"? -_-
