Topic	Do you wash your hands with Hot or Cold water?

I live in America. Used sinks in houses and publically in many different places. Unless the sink has been used recently and the water has been heated prior, sinks dont just immediately shoot out hot water. That's not how water heaters work Not in your third world country. It's like 5 seconds tops here, same deal in Japan. My sinks take forever to dispense hot water as well. The one in the downstairs bathroom is like 10-15 seconds, but the one in the upstairs bathroom is seriously like 50 seconds or so. You'd think we lived in a 100 year old house lol I do think it's more common than not to have sinks dispense hot water nearly instantly though.
