Look around you, there already is a completely gynocentric society. It's culturally acceptable to hate men. The laws show a clear preference for women, in criminal court women serve 60% less time for the same crimes. A man has absolutely no reproductive rights, the state sees a man as nothing but a paycheck to a child, the woman can abort his kid, take his kid away, basically do whatever she wants. Marriage is a completely 1 sided joke and its no wonder less and less men are opting to sign away their freedom and the birth rate is in the dumpster as a result. It's been shown girls are graded higher in school, women have HR at their beck and call in the workplace. Everyone gets to vote but only men are legally required to defend the country and register for a draft. Gynocentrism is the rule today, the feminists have won.
