It all came down to one party who wanted to protect the rights of the AMERICANS versus one party who wanted to strip up of our rights, implement more and more surveillance and censorship, and who wants Americans to be property of the hospitals because of their FAILED medical system. The main thing is that the left couldnt shut their fucking mouths up about getting rid of democracy. I mean, what the FUCK? Did these people lose their damn minds or something? It really is dangerous what some people will blindly vote for just because of the blue donkey. The bolded part is essentially why the left lost the election. A lot of people voted Trump as a "fuck you" to a hypocritical party that compares anyone who doesn't agree with it to the worst kind of scum imaginable: nazis. You have to be monumentally stupid if you think such a strategy wins people to your side. To your point about religion, how can they claim to be such champions of women, minorities, and gay rights but have no problem at all with a religion that denies women, minorities, and LGBT people basic human rights and, even today, stones them and hangs them.......but its Christians who are immoral? Give me a break. I will give the liberals this though, they couldn't keep up their facade as "righteous paragons of moral virtue" after the election.
