You get hyped because when the scenes get the better animation it usually means those are good ass scenes, those scenes being animated better aren't the REASON they're cool. Go back and look at the end of Crocodile. Scene is pretty damn basic animation wise, but everything else is radical. One Piece is never gonna really look good, other than movie...4?
