That actually sounds interesting. Now I am curious how they actually enforce that. Do they put a meter in your car? Have you go into a service center for readings? Do an "honor system"?

I would probably consider that, but I tend to avoid "startup" insurance. Family members of mine have been burned in the past when they are trying to make a claim only to find out the insurance company filed for bankruptcy. Granted, they still got the money they were owed, but it took months.

I think its something you plug into whatever that thing is under the bottom of the dashboard. Ive seen companies before that only charge by mileage.
