Obviously, if he's right, the Constitution could be amended to state that humans become legal people only at birth. It isn't just a stop gap measure because you couldn't be assed to be responsible and employ correct birth control measures. If you cannot be responsible and take control of your own bodily functions, then why should I, or any tax payer, have to foot the bill for you?
