Enjoying work is fine. In fact, it's an incredibly healthy attitude to have, and you're lucky if you can find a job you love.

Not having any interests or identity OUTSIDE of work, however, is a terrible mindset, and isn't healthy at all.

I can't even remember the last time I had an extended period of downtime where there was literally nothing to do. Even outside of social situations with friends, family, or significant others, we live in a world where there is more easily available entertainment media than at any other point in human history (and arguably, more than the entire rest of human history combined). If you're bored, watch a movie or TV show. Watch YouTube videos. Film and/or edit YouTube videos. Play a video game. Program/design a video game. Read a book. Write a book. Attend sporting events. Participate in sporting events. Go for nature walks. Raise animals. Work on arts and crafts projects. Volunteer to work for charities you support. Etc etc etc.

...read articles on the Internet. Write articles on the Internet. Write posts on shitty Internet message boards and social media sites. Stream tons of free porn and edge yourself for 14 hours. Learn tantric yoga...

In the modern world, "I'm bored" is an admission of absolute apathy or laziness more than it is anything else. Even the poorest of people have tons of options for things to do.
