I think tracking students is a good idea (if it's done well and not just to discriminate against minority students). But then there's educational theorists who completely swing the other way and want to eliminate tracking entirely because it's "racist." --- I consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote, or how; but what is extraordinarily important is this who will count the votes, and how. ...
