they're as good as Honda or Toyota in terms of reliability

i want a 93-95 RX7 with an LSx dropped in it.
you're a monster lol
but it addresses the reliability issue without messing with handling from what I read. whats not to like? it makes a great looking car actually drivable!
half the fun of owning an RX-7 is the rotary in my opinion. it's certainly not the most reliable engine under boost, but it's super fun to wring the power of of it at high RPMs. the LS motors are nice but they don't like to rev - which makes them more usable for day to day driving, but what's the point of owning an RX-7 if you want practicality?
they look good and handle well. if you can get reliable power, good looks and good handling, that seems better to me than unreliable high revving and impracticability. ---
