Ive read a few articles saying it wont be that easy. That just having a majority that would vote it down isnt inherently enough to do so. First there would be a reason theyd have to hear the case. And then to remove whats already an established and protected right is a whole new level. It already has precedence, and thats basically the backbone of our judicial system. To basically throw something out could legitimately cause chaos and allow for judges to rule because they felt like it rather than based of established law.
