Are humans not, on the whole, a sexually dimorphic species? And is our biology not a part of that?

Because it's odd to say biological sex does not exist, and then immediately describe how chromosomes (a feature of our biology) play into intersex.

It sounds more like the argument should be that biological sex is not necessarily as straightforward as we often believe. Not that it outright doesn't exist.
