Just becasue it's terrible to watch a team like France right now outright abuse the current system. They have the right to waste as much time as possible and they did so elegantly. Also not elegantly and outright delayed the game at points, but hey they knew the ref wouldn't add add additional time on top of additional time. It should not take 20+ seconds to throw in a ball.
