Topic | Is A Hat in Time good? |

Robazoid posted...I stopped playing when it made me collect three things (and boy was it super annoying having to run back to that one spot to try and follow the quickly-vanishing yellow line to find them) to open another thing to get a time piece. It felt like busywork. Ultimately they all come down to busywork collecting, sure, but most of them feel a bit more organic. Finding a jiggy in Banjo or earning a red coin star in SM64 was a natural result of exploration and figuring stuff out. That time piece in A Hat in Time was literally 'here are lines to three places, go there and then here'. I also admit that I never made it past the first world so I don't know if its design improved at all. --- **R.O.B.A.Z.O.I.D** ... Copied to Clipboard! |
