Sure why wouldn't I speeding is a crime just as crossing the border illegally is a crime and as far as I'm concerned she shouldn't receive any medical service she can't afford as well she should be tossed back across the border furthermore if she has any assets that can be sold expensive watches or jewelry that should be taken and sold in order to help pay for her deportation.
