She clearly snapped back in a way that was not good for the public face of the company. I think it was poor of ArenaNet to not have their policy for social media use down as it seems both people fired were not on any shit list, wasn't given any written warnings or anything like that, was just flat out fired over it without any warning/directions from management to correct it. They don't need to, though.
