Bullying will exist as long as people want to climb heirarchy, so always. Or, rather, bullying will continue until retaliatory acts like mass shootings, stabbings, etc, make potential bullies fear for their safety. After all, bullying largely happens because people think they can get away with it. gguirao posted... Sadly, as long as attitudes like "everyone for themselves" and "the ends justify the means" persist and remain the norm, forms of greed and corruption will as well. None of which has literally anything to do with bullying, especially because collectivist societies are among the most inclined to bully.
