There is nothing wrong with that and people do shit like that all the time, but it is the very definition of a luxury hobby. The people who do those sorts of things have the means to do it on top of paying for their actual needs. Which of you are selling dozens of games to do, probably isn't the case for you. And look at this from your parent's perspective. I'm guessing they either bought most those games for you or at least were monitoring your purchases carefully. I'm also guessing most those games were purchased at near retail price.
