I made a topic with the headline "New facts have been discovered about Jiren" (From Dragon Ball Super) Then the opening post was a picture of Jiren, with lots of Chuck norris style jokes but applied to Jiren. What I did wrong was posting fake news... iirc the message was "Don't create topics that are jokes but have a serious title" or something that pretty much meant that.
