As I thought, her reactions were triggered by an action from the old man, when he accidentally bumped into the woman's daughter/niece/whatever. As long as this incident is triggered by additional factors (i.e. bump into another person) first, this incident technically can't be declared as a race-related incident. Besides, this woman is already being rightly charged for assault/battery/attempted murder and what not.
