Apple refunded me when my debit card was stolen and used to buy iTunes gift cards, and Aniplex (or whoever does FGO) refunded me when I accidentally bought some Saint Quartz. Yeah, it was my fault, but they understood, and still refunded my money quickly and with no hassle. That's why I love FGO :3 netmarble, though...Their game crapped out on me and my purchases went to waste after only 2 days. I'm currently looking for a way to spread the word of their asshat-edness.
