He stopped making those jokes and felt bad about it. And now you want to bring it up again for revenge He'd never have been hired had he not made them in the first place, and holding somebody accountable is hardly "revenge" when there was zero reason for his actions to begin with and he never bothered to delete them or have an assistant or whatever do so for him.
