Topic	This Scrubs scene always gets me..

It's a display of "realness" in the context that Dr. Cox early on was more on the cynical side and his character got developed. But if you're taking it as an agreement of his statements in that episode, his actions later on contradict this. In the episode itself.. And yes a lot of Scrubs not being a typical sitcom gets broken down after Season 3.
