You couldn't get the balloon. The parent's head was bent backward at a 90-degree angle to look at the balloon hovering a foot above him, and he'd silently point at it every few seconds. The child was horizontal and clipped halfway into the ground. I wish I had gotten a photo of it. --- This is LinksLiege's signature.
