I think you and I watched different Batman cartoons yea, I was wrong, I think that was some backstory in Batman Beyond, or something but I just checked, and in the gif, it had something to do with Barbara and Dick Grayson dating, and her secretly being Batgirl and Batman knowing about it It was culmination of things including that. Batman interrogating a dude in front of his family when Robin told him not to and just. And putting Batgirl in danger.
