Topic	Is it fair that people get fired for going on racist rants over facebook?

She may spit in their food! Whatever happened to freedom of speech? Sure the guy is racist, but that's simply his/her opinion. Why do people not understand what freedom of speech is? It's the right to say something without the government persecuting you. Hard stop. It doesn't protect you from stuff like employment and school consequences. We live in a country where people can believe or become whatever they want.
